The company was founded in 2000 to take advantage of the potential of the TCP/IP network and its infrastructure to lower the cost of time distribution. The owners of Krontek and their distributors have a history in the time systems industry dating back to 1970's and bring with them a wealth of experience.

During our time in operation we have supplied time solutions to a range of large organisations including airports, educational facilities and manufacturing services. We have also served Government organisations such as the old parliament house, transport authorities, the defence department and a range of schools Australia wide. Our unique range of distributors offer a wealth of experience in time solutions and If our products don't quite meet your requirements Krontek's R&D department can provide an engineered solution to suit your application. The versatility of our engineering extends further than time systems, for example, cloud density detection and lightning proximity apparatus.
